 Biography

A Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor, FRICS and a Chartered Building Engineer, C. Build E FCABE. By profession, is a very experienced and highly adaptive Facilities, Property and Asset Management Professional. Fellow of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (FIWFM), and others. Equally at home for hard and soft services. Has won many awards and accolades in facilities and property management. He is also a multiple time recipient for Chairman's Award for Excellence (with Savills)

Steven has more than 33+ years of experience in Property, Facilities and Asset Management for both client side and service provider roles. He has worked for large corporations.

Has provided professional services across a broad range of competencies. Has advised and been involved with infrastructure facilities planning, asset life cycle planning, property and asset management services, project management and sustainability, specialized facilities management, facilities consultancy on operational efficiency as well as advising on energy and green initiatives.

 Well experienced with the implementation, accreditation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001, ISO 50001 and Hong Kong "Q" Mark standards. Was a member of SHE Committee for Hong Kong Science Park which dealt with all safety and risk, health and environmental issues within the campus. He is a certified Internal Auditor and a certified ISO-50001 Internal Auditor.
